Workshop furniture Made in Italy
DEA Italian Worklab specialises in the set up and furnishing of car workshops. Our modular furniture solutions, the design service and the unique and sophisticated design of our furniture are the distinctive features that make our company renowned worldwide.
In order to set up a mechanical workshop, we follow current furnishing trends, proposing functional, organised furnishing solutions, which are as pleasant to use as they are to the eye. By following this approach, the refined design becomes an element that can optimise times and therefore productivity, as well as guaranteeing a comfortable and safe environment for those working there and anyone visiting.
DEA professionals assess all the operations that will be carried out inside the work environment, in order to obtain a layout of the workshop with a refined and functional design. Successively, they design the ideal compositions down to the tiniest detail, in a way to have a positive effect on efficiency, quality of work and operator and customer satisfaction.
The result obtained is a perfectly organised, elegant and cutting edge workshop.
The added value of our workshop furniture is the possibility of selecting and composing them on the basis of the effective space available, integrating only the modules really required into the composition.
In this way, long furnished walls can be created by installing several pieces of furniture of the same or different type in series. Even more compact workstations can also be created by customising the composition to maximum.
The first founding value of DEA is quality: it is for this reason that all DEA products are rigorously checked in every stage of production, with particular attention to the painting process; an extremely delicate product finishing phase. However, meticulous control is not only limited to aesthetics, but also to the structural aspect.
In fact, as well as having a refined design and impeccable appearance, DEA modular furniture is made in strong 20/10 sheet steel with reinforced bars in addition to a scratch-proof ABS coating, resistant also to the most aggressive acids.
Every car workshop project by DEA comes to life following a well-defined process that has been perfected over the years: the project designer pays attention to detail regarding every aspect and works with the objective of attaining the best technical-economic result.
The choice of furniture begins with our inspection, defining what is essential for the workshop in order to work in the best way possible. Once the specific requirements have been established, the most suitable workshop furniture is selected.
At this point, a defined series of interventions follow:
- 3D Rendering, a graphical preview of the finished work;
- Presentation to the customer, during which we display the virtual project;
- Completion of the project, from production of the set up, passing to assembly and reaching quality control;
- Turnkey installation of the workshop furniture selected together, entirely at our expense.
Maintaining an image coherent with its Corporate Identity is essential for every car brand. DEA furniture can be customised with colours that best represent the brand, just choose the most suitable from the more than 300 different colours available. The finishing can be matte, semi-gloss or glossy, as required.
Once the colour has been chosen, it is also possible to select the finishings that best complete the furniture: handles, adjustable feet, stainless steel profiles, drawer mats… we leave room for the customer's taste and wishes.
DEA staff is also available also to create new completely customised workshop furniture, if they are not present in our range. Our professionals can make unprecedented components on the basis of the technical and aesthetic features required.
From January 21 to 24 2021 DEA will be attending the NADA Show in New Orleans, the highly anticipated event that showcases the most advanced technologies and emerging trends that will allow the future evolution and success of the automotive sector.
