New DEA furnishing for Zagame Automotive in Melbourne

DEA completed new furnishings for the Bespoke service centre, a Zagame Automotive division, in Melbourne: a centre that provides supercar repair, rejuvenation and refinement services.

Lamborghini, BMW, Tesla, Honda, Audi, Alfa Romeo: these are just some of the car manufacturers that rely on Zagame Automotive and its Bespoke division experience and quality in Melbourne. The only Australian service centre specifically dedicated to luxury car body restyling - expensive models with high performance and advanced technology - chose DEA to furnish its work stations.

The official press release states: “The sophistication and expertise that exists within Bespoke is, to the autobody world, what Formula 1 is to motorsport. It’s the best of the best.”

The total service centre surface area is 4,200 square metres with 31 work stations: sophisticated work stations with computers, audio visual monitors, housings for renovations, hi-tech paint cabins equipped with Formula 1 garage style lighting that imitate sunlight. Mobile cameras permit ultrasound carbon fibre plastic part inspections and 2D and 3D image reproduction to immediately identify any body cracks.

The Bespoke division building fully evokes an F1 factory: tall glass walls, glossy white floors, digital work stations and super-technological lifts. The customer can observe the technicians at work on their car through the glass while enjoying a cup of coffee.

Classic Ferrari workshop equipment

To meet body shop needs, DEA designers have designed and constructed:

  • Custom workbenches - as they call them, “Classic Ferrari workshop equipment”
  • Air, energy and water distribution systems
  • Waste management modules.

A new home for legendary supercars that are pampered in down town Melbourne with care to return them to their former glory, meticulously following the original production standards.

As indicated by the Zagame Group CEO, Michael Wrinkler: “With the launch of Bespoke we can now extend our customer offering to the same high standards for factory-approved authorised repair, rejuvenation and refinement work for supercar brands. From a customer perspective Zagame can help you buy the car you want, service it the way the manufacturer dictates, and now repair it or enhance it as if completed at the factory”.

We would like to thank Zagame Automotive Group for having chosen use as their furnishing supplier for the new centre and to congratulate the DEA team for this great accomplishment.
